Chastity Williams – Founder & CEO
Chastity Williams is a dedicated Founder & CEO whose professional path is rooted in both psychiatry and community well‑being. With a Doctorate in Psychiatry, she brings a compassionate, person‑centered approach to her leadership.
In her current role, Chastity oversees operations and helps guide program development for initiatives centered on mental health and collective healing. She maintains a collaborative leadership style—fostering partnerships with local organizations, advocacy groups, and health professionals to create accessible and culturally sensitive support systems within the community.
Prior to founding her organization, Chastity worked in clinical settings, where she supported individuals dealing with mental health challenges and observed how vital communal connection and empowerment are to long‑term recovery and resilience. That insight spurred her to develop community‑based programs—such as peer support groups, wellness workshops, and outreach events—that aim to strengthen social bonds and promote mental health equity.
Chastity earned her Doctorate in Psychiatry, complementing her clinical expertise with a holistic understanding of healing. Outside of her professional work, she volunteers her time offering mental health education in community centers and facilitates collaborative healing circles where local residents can share stories, build support networks, and explore pathways to wellness.
